It’s no secret that we’ve worked hard across the generations to make our vineyard location something special. When we first broke ground on our winery in the deep valley fields, we had no idea that we would’ve tiered the hillside of a small mountain, or that we would’ve cultivated a high altitude field of vines. The fact that our grapes are grown and nurtured in over a dozen different altitudes and essentially different biomes, it has resulted in a surprisingly wide range of varietals. After the decades of experimentation and fine tuning our techniques, we’ve been able to provide what we feel are the best grapes possible across 16 varietals.
One of our experiences includes a licensed glider tour around the hilltop, where you get the best view of our entire estate and vineyard. The advantage of the glider is it’s silence as it circles the mount, allowing visitors on the ground to enjoy their experience undisturbed from noise that you’d otherwise have from a helicopter or fixed wing aircraft. From the ground, our visitors continue to stop and stare in amazement at the view from almost every pathway along our vines and tasting rooms.
